Rotary airlock valves regulate the flow of powdered and granular materials between vessels at different pressures while preventing air leakage. A motor-driven rotor with precision-machined vanes transfers material from the inlet to the outlet pocket by pocket, maintaining the pressure differential required in pneumatic conveying and dust collection systems. Our valves are fabricated in mild steel with powder-coated finish, operating at 35–45 RPM with throughput capacity from 6.05 to 8.64 T/H depending on material bulk density and rotor speed.
