Grain Handling Equipment

Bucket Elevator

Belt-and-bucket vertical conveyors lift grains, pellets and free-flowing bulk materials between process stages with controlled loading, minimal product loss and reliable discharge.

Product Overview

Precision Vertical Conveying for Industrial Grain Processing

The HarvestHubs bucket elevator uses a continuous belt fitted with spaced buckets to lift grain and bulk solids from ground-level intake to overhead silos, process equipment or packaging lines. Centrifugal discharge at the head pulley ensures clean, positive product release without carry-back. Heavy-gauge casing, adjustable belt tensioning and inspection windows support long-term reliability in feed mills, rice mills and ethanol plants operating around the clock.

Applications

Vertical Material Transfer in Processing Plants

Connects ground-level receiving pits to overhead storage and distributes material between process machines at different floor levels.

Silo Loading & Unloading

Lifts grain from truck dump pits and pre-cleaners to overhead storage bins at heights up to 30 metres.

Feed Mill Process Lines

Transfers ground mash, pellets and finished feed between hammer mills, coolers, screeners and bagging stations.

Rice Mill Elevation

Moves paddy and milled rice between pre-cleaners, hullers, whiteners and grading machines across multiple building levels.

Key Advantages

Efficient Lifting with Low Product Loss

Bucket spacing, belt speed and casing dimensions engineered for your material bulk density and hourly throughput.

Custom Lift Heights

Built to your exact centre distance from 5 m to 40 m with head and boot sections sized for your layout.

Durable Bucket & Belt Materials

Mild steel, stainless steel or plastic buckets with nylon or steel-cord belts matched to product abrasiveness.

Safety & Monitoring Options

Belt slip sensors, speed switches and back-stop mechanisms protect against overload and reverse rotation.

Accessible Maintenance Points

Inspection doors at head, boot and intermediate sections allow belt tracking and bucket replacement without full disassembly.
